In this environment, I advised senior leadership on growth strategy, organizational transformation, and digital innovation, while delivering AI-powered, data-driven marketing programs for predictive modeling and churn prevention and supporting executive boards on process optimization for international scalability.

As part of WPP, VML operates across major markets and integrates strategy, creativity, data, and technology in end-to-end marketing solutions. At VML Commerce Germany, I served as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overall operations in the German market as well as new business and HR, with a focus on scalable structures, cross-functional collaboration, and sustainable growth.
